Fejro (vuur) is de meest stevige oranje wijn in Manuel zijn natuurelementen range. Aanwezige tannine, goji bessen, pittig, fireball/jawbreaker kaneel.

Al sinds 1982 teelt de familie Ploder kwaliteitsfruit, nectar en wijn in ‘Vulkanland’, dat is in het zuiden van de Steiermark (Zuid-Oost Oostenrijk, vlak boven Maribor). Een gebied vol bergen en heuvels met een enorme diversiteit aan ondergronden.

In 2006 werden de eerste PIWI stokken aangeplant en begon de familie Ploder met biodynamisch boeren. Een jaar later al werden alle fruit- en wijngaarden volledig biodynamisch bewerkt.

De boerderij en omgeving kennen een enorme natuurlijke diversiteit, wat geweldige mogelijkheden biedt niet alleen nu maar ook in de toekomst. Doel is dat het bedrijf zo veel mogelijk in staat is om in zijn eigen behoefte aan meststoffen en hulpmiddelen te voorzien. De “levensaders van de boerderij” zijn de verschillende soorten landbouw. Dus: veeteelt, verbouwen van groenten, fruit en wijn, maar ook aanleggen en onderhouden van hagen, bossen, biotopen met vochtige en droge weiden, wildernisgebieden, opslag van regenwater, composthopen, kassen, kruidenterrassen, bijenkorven, kippenhokken, schaapskooien, zonne-energie en groente- en fruitopslag!

De verschillende ‘Essence From the Amphorae’ wijnen die Manuel maakt zijn absoluut bijzonder, zuiver en puur. Zo verbouwt hij bijvoorbeeld rabarber om er vervolgens een concentraat van te maken, dat over de wijngaarden gespoten wordt. Hierdoor hoeft er geen sulfiet toegevoegd te worden aan de wijn. Zelfs na 3 weken wordt de wijn niet ‘mousy’ en behoudt zijn mineralen en aroma’s. De harmonische wijze waarop Manuel Ploder en zijn familie (natuur-)wijn maken is van een bijzonder hoog niveau.

Great for smaller dogs

These balls are not only super durable (lots of teeth biting), but float in the baby pool we use for our miniature dachshunds. The value here is much better than you’d find anywhere else. They do lose their shape a little over time (like I said, she always has a ball in her mouth) they become a little oval in shape. My Dachshunds Love These

These balls are durable, flexible material, highly chewable without being easily destroyed. I stuff them with Milkbone Maro Snacks, which are just the right size to twist into the holes in the ball. My dogs literally get an hour+ chewing and chasing entertainment from these. They chew them, they sometimes 'pop' out of their mouths, go rolling across the floor, dogs chasing them. This satisfies their urge to hunt prey. Dachshunds can easily tear this kind of stuff-it-toy apart. These have lasted for a long time without tearing or shredding. I would NOT recommend them for a dog much larger than a tweenie weenie. They're a bit on the small side and might be swallowed by a larger dog. It would be cool it they also came in a larger size (and probably ball wall thickness also) for the bigger dogs to enjoy. These stuff-it chew balls are better than the kong balls my dogs had before these. Highly recommend them.

Update Aug 27, 2024: After 10 months, these are still his favorite ball. He’s obsessed with fetching and plays with them all day. They do bounce really high.
