Uniek gerijpt gedurende 11 maanden in fijne eikenhouten vaten en later verfijnd in traditionele kleivaten, bekend als tinajas. Deze wijn is diepzwart van kleur en heeft aroma's van zwarte kers, butterscotch en salie. In de smaak een verfijnde hoeveelheid tannines en indrukken van zwarte kersen, bramen, kruidnagel, rozenblaadjes en zachte tonen van gedroogde tijm en oregano. Deze Ceramic Monastrell heeft in diverse invloedrijke wijngidsen hoge scores gerealiseerd. De wijn past goed bij rood vlees, stoofgerechten en wild.

Can’t go wrong, Great Product
