Op deze unieke plek in Valle del Uco te Mendoza was de bodem uniek en het klimaat perfect. Het was een zeldzame plek met veel krachtige indrukken in de bodem waardoor de ranken gemakkelijk hun wortels kunnen uit laten groeien. Inmiddels zitten de wortels erg diep in de grond en kunnen deze gemakkelijk het vocht uit de bodem opnemen. Iets wat noodzakelijk is in het warme klimaat in de Valle del Uco. De frisse wind en koele nachten breken de warmte en zorgen voor een rustig en gematigd groeiseizoen.Houtlagering voor de Bousquet Gran Malbec
Als de druiven de perfecte rijpheid hebben worden ze geoogst en dat is erg laat in het seizoen. Jean Bousquet wil aromatische en volle druiven krijgen en haalt daarom de oogst heel laat binnen. Met als nadeel dat de opbrengst niet veel is maar wel zeer krachtig. Ze worden geheel met de hand geoogst en zeer streng geselecteerd. Alleen de beste trossen komen in deze fles Gran Malbec terecht. Na de persing rijpt deze rode wijn maar liefst twaalf maanden op eiken houten vaten van Frans eiken hout. Een groot deel van de gebruikte vaten is nieuw en dat geeft hem zijn kracht en nuances van vanille en ceder hout.De geur en smaak van de Bousquet Gran Malbec
Bij het inschenken zijn we meteen geboeid door de prachtige kleur van deze rode wijn. Violet van kleur, bijna zwart, typisch voor een Argentijnse Malbec van topkwaliteit. In de geur toont deze Bousquet Malbec Grande Reserve intense aroma’s van rode bessen, pruimen, zwart fruit, een pepertje en een duidelijk te onderscheiden hint van gekonfijt fruit. Zijdezacht in de smaak met verfijnde tannines met tonen van bramen, specerijen en truffels die de complexiteit bieden voor een bijzonder elegante afdronk. Deze afdronk blijft lang hangen waardoor de interesse naar nog een slok van deze heerlijke wijn erg groot is.Shipping Notes

Sole separation

I really dont like to write reviews, let alone a negative one. Have had the shoe 1 month and the out sole on both shoes are peeling up. Normally we have had great success with saucony shoes for my boys. But this one we haven't had good luck. I have been super gluing the soles back down everything they peal up. Hopefully this is just a 1 off incident. Both side of one shoe and a large chunk of the heal on the other. You can see the glue marks and separation in pictures.

Pink name brand walking shoes
