In bocca rivela una notevole struttura ed è dotato di tannini maturi, perfettamente integrati nel vino.Il Primitivo del Salento IGP “Re Sale” 2015 nasce da uve primitivo. Il nome del vino deriva da uno degli antichi re del Salento, “Re Sale”, da cui, secondo una leggenda, si è originato il nome stesso della regione. Prodotto a partire da una fermentazione a temperatura controllata, l’affinamento è eseguito all’interno di tonneau francesi per almeno 3 mesi. Un rosso che racconta del perfetto matrimonio tra il primitivo e il Salento.
