De aroma's gaan van gele appel, meloen, perzik tot tropische geuren van mango, papaja en typische gele bloemen. De smaak drukt zich uit in volheid, goede body, een zachte delicate zuurgraad en elegantie.
Oorsprong van de druiven: De druiven worden geteeld in Fossacesia, waar het overlappende klimaat tussen koel en warm de productie van internationaal en inheems mogelijk maakt. Het is een klei-achtige, open grond, meer cultuur, dichtheid 4000 wijnstokken. De druiven worden geplukt tijdens de eerste week van september. Na de ontsteling wordt de wijn gemaakt bij koude maceratie en gedurende 12 uur bij 10 °C langzaam geperst. De alcoholische gisting wordt bij 14 °C uitgevoerd door selectieve gisten toe te voegen, vervolgens rijping in roestvrijstalen tanks gedurende 5 maanden.
