Gebruik
2x daags 1-2 vegetarische capsules, waarvan bij voorkeur 1x daags op de nuchtere maag. V-caps met water of vruchtensap (niet met melk) innemen.L-Lysine+ wordt afgeraden bij kinderen tot 12 jaar, bij zwangerschap of borstvoeding, stofwisselingsziekten of bij gebruik van bepaalde medicijnen (MAO-remmers).

Great, but bring your own inserts.

These work great, easy to install. Happy with them. Only problem was the instructions say don’t use the include inserts on wallboard, which meant I had to go out and purchase my own. That’s OK, because I like to use inserts I trust.
