Net als alle champagnes van dit huis is deze champagne opgevoed in eikenhouten wijnvaten. Delicaat en uiterst verfijnd, geeft het een vleugje exclusiviteit aan het zeer expressieve palet van Charlier & Fils. 

Over smaak valt te twisten

Met een sprankelende gele kleur met gouden reflecties biedt deze champagne een voortreffelijke bubbel met een zeer fijne mousse bubbels. Een mooie intens fruitige neus. In de mond bevestigt de frisheid de neus met aroma's van geel fruit (witte perzik) en subtiele citrustonen. In de afdronk komt een sublieme levendigheid tot uiting met verrassende tonen van lindebloesem. Het verlicht aperitieven en sublimeert de fijnste gerechten. Hij schittert bij een carpaccio van coquille of een gratin van rivierkreeftstaart.

Replaced my old frother with this one and it's a solid step up. Seriously, better build quality, more features, and noticeably more control. The variable speed dial is genuinely useful. Being able to dial from low (protein powder, matcha) to high (thick cappuccino foam) feels like an actual upgrade.
