De 11V ROTOR Q-Rings 110 mm enkeldeks is ontworpen voor fietsers die gewend zijn aan ovale kettingbladen, die een speciale traptechniek vereisen. Perfect voor Gravel en Cyclocross, maar ook geschikt voor iedereen die zijn traptechniek wil verbeteren.
Dankzij hun speciale ovale vorm (12,5% ovaliteit) verminderen ze het dode-centrum-effect wanneer de cranks loodrecht staan. De krachtoverbrenging wordt ook verbeterd wanneer de cranks parallel aan de weg staan, in de positie die het gunstigst is voor de stuwkracht van de rijder.
Het is gemaakt van warmtebehandeld 7075-T6 aluminium en zeer zorgvuldig CNC-bewerkt. Het ontwerp van de tanden is ook geoptimaliseerd voor de best mogelijke kettingretentie. Last but not least is dit ROTOR-kettingblad voorzien van OCP-technologie (Optimum Chainring Position), waarmee de rijder de positie van het kettingblad kan afstellen - in stappen van één graad - om deze aan te passen aan de specifieke trapstijl en het trapgevoel van de rijder.

Excellent book for students trying to grasp PTSD
As a professor teaching post traumatic stress reaction to graduate and undergraduate students, I was looking for a book that hit the basics along with some key pieces regarding assessment, diagnostic criteria, and examples that highlighted some of the subtleties associated with complex trauma. This book is well organized and not too overwhelming for people new and beginning the field and a nice refresher for seasoned clinicians. Easy to read, clearly outlined to build upon each subject, I found it both a solid read, affordable, and made it a required read for my course. Please note that I purchased this book way back October 12, 2013 but only now getting to put my thoughts in writing.

Great interventions and Trauma Theory
Format: Paperback
This a great book if you work with victims of trauma and want to understand how different types of trauma can present and what interventions can be used (i.e urge surfing, cognitive restructuring, focus breathing, etc.). It also include a section about medications and what to address first in treatment. I think it’s great for new clinicians who may be looking for interventions to add to their clinical toolbox.
