Retrogusto di liquirizia in chiusura.Un gran bel Valpolicella Superiore DOC, questo "Profasio" dell'azienda Massimago, le cui uve appassiscono per 30 giorni, prima che si dia il via alla fermentazione, per poi procedere in seguito a un doppio affinamento, 12 mesi in botti grandi e barrique, altri 12 in bottiglia. Ne esce un vino "tridimensionale", dove i frutti al naso (mirtilli, ciliegia e prugne), sono talmente densi e piacevoli, da avere la sensazione - quasi - di masticarli. Un vino dall'ottima beva, ideale per chi vuole passare una serata con gli amici, abbinando piatti di carne o formaggi di media e lunga stagionatura.
Ottimo con i piatti di carne, ve lo consigliamo con un arrosto al rosmarino: la vita vi sorriderà!

Liked better than orange flavor..
I was only able to get the orange flavor in our area. Was glad to see it came in berry flavor so I ordered it, it came the next day. The berry is definitely better than the orange, it dissolves nice, and tolerable.

Not the best of flavors
Maybe it's me but compared to the orange, this berry is not great, just OK.(sugar free )Never by again and just get the orange and save money. Wonder why this container doesn't have a scoop included on the largest bottle. Going back to orange. If the orange taste weird to you, add orange juice or other orange flavor....Your drinking the fiber.
