Giallo paglierino chiaro al calice, con delicati riflessi verdolini. Fresco, sapido e minerale il sorso, ma nel contempo anche pieno ed elegante. Ottima la persistenza.Dopo la pressatura, il mosto che si ottiene dalle uve di sauvignon viene lasciato fermentare parte in vasche di acciaio e parte in barrique. Successivamente, questo Sauvignon dellAlto Adige, di Franz Haas, riposa negli stessi contenitori per otto mesi e a contatto con le fecce fini. Viene assemblato in vasche di acciaio prima di essere imbottigliato. È il vino ideale per arricchire convivialità ricercate e alternative, magari basate sulla cucina speziata orientale.
Può accompagnare sia pesce che carni bianche. Perfetto con la tartare di tonno.

Solid bamboo board set for the price

This bamboo cutting board set has been a nice addition to my kitchen. I like having different sizes available, and I especially appreciate being able to reduce how often I use plastic cutting boards. Mine did have a strong odor at first, but after washing them and letting them air out, that went away. They also seem good for the price

Awesome Boards….BUT the Smell!!!!

I’d love to give these 5 stars, they are heavy, well made, smooth, deep juice grooves, just nice….but the smell! I washed them, then used vinegar on them, set them outside over night, washed them again….its better but still present. I’d love some guidance on this. I’m hoping it goes away in a few days. It’s like a very strong woodsy smell that actually made my whole kitchen smell like these boards!
Edit: Ok, here's what I did. Washed, let dry, coated and scrubbed with apple cider vinegar, set them in a high air flow area for 24 hours (I put mine outside on the patio over night), washed and scrubbed again, let dry, scrubbed with lemons and salt, let dry, washed again. Finally, there is still a slight smell if you push them against your nose but that seems to be fading as well. So, great boards if you want to go stubbornly go through the smell removal process. I don't think it's a chemical smell, I think it's processed bamboo that is shrink wrapped in air tight packaging too soon after manufacturing. Anyway, I'll move this to 4 stars....but lots of work involved here!

Obsessed with these boards!!
