Het wijnhuis dat vandaag de dag Luigi Bosca-wijnen produceert, werd in 1901 opgericht door Leoncio Arizu, een Spaanse burger uit Navarra die zich in 1890 in Mendoza vestigde. De plaats die werd gekozen om het te installeren, was de Vistalba-vallei, in de regio van Luján de Cuyo, een gebied dat vanwege zijn kenmerken de eerste "gecontroleerde oorsprongsbenaming" in Amerika heeft bereikt. Op deze manier lanceert Luigi Bosca de eerste Malbec DOC in Argentinië en Latijns-Amerika. Ze hebben het wijnmaken dermate verfijnd, waardoor Luigi Bosca wijnen met een onderscheidende persoonlijkheid en speciale kenmerken kan produceren. Tegenwoordig is de wijnmakerij een toonaangevende speler in het segment van de grote wijnen wereldwijd. De Cabernet Sauvignon druiven komen uit de El Paraiso wijngaard in Maipu. Op 800 meter boven de zeespiegel heerst er een ideaal klimaat voor deze druifsoort. De wijnstokken zijn meer dan 80 jaar oud en de opbrengst is beperkt tot 7 ton/ha. De druiven worden handmatig geoogst, waarna ze zorgvuldig worden geselecteerd en geperst. En wat een geur heeft hij in zich, nuances van bessen, kersen, vanille en kruiden. Ook de smaak is erg vol mede door de houtlagering, want dat doet deze wijn zeer veel goeds. Krachtige smaak is het resultaat met indrukken van leer, vanille, tabak en zwart fruit. Een complete wijn die heerlijk is bij rood vlees, klein wild en harde kazen. Great for many ways on my leather goods!

This stuff got the smell out of a purse I bought that had a chemical smell online. I mean, I try to wash this person all kinds of stuff and couldn't get the stink out of it. I thought I was gonna have to throw it out. I bought this at the last attempt to fix it and it got rid of the smell! I also used it on all my leather shoes, and I cleaned my leather headboard. All shiny and moist now. I know this is for cars, but I don't have any leather seats in my cars. But everything I used it on is clean and smells better.

Reliable Quick Cleaner for Leather Interiors
I’ve been using the Chemical Guys Leather Quick Detailer on my car’s interior for a while now, and it’s become one of those go-to products I like to keep on hand. As the name suggests, this is designed for quick touch-ups rather than deep cleaning, and for that purpose, it really does the job well.
The first thing I noticed is how easy it is to use. A couple of sprays on the leather seats or steering wheel, a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth, and the surface instantly looks cleaner. It removes light dust, dirt, and fingerprints in seconds. Unlike some products I’ve tried in the past, it doesn’t leave behind a slick or greasy feel, which is important when you’re dealing with things like a steering wheel or gear shifter that you’re constantly touching. Instead, the finish is clean, soft, and natural-looking, which is exactly what I want.
The scent is another plus. It has a pleasant, subtle leather fragrance that makes the car smell fresh without being overwhelming or chemical-like. I don’t like products that leave behind a strong odor, and this one strikes the right balance.
Another strength is its versatility. While it’s marketed as a car interior detailer, I’ve found it works well on other small leather items, like a laptop bag or even a chair at home. Obviously, it’s not a replacement for a full leather conditioner, but for light upkeep it’s nice to have a single product that can handle more than just my car.
That said, there are a few things that keep this from being a perfect 5-star product. First, it’s definitely not designed for deep cleaning—if your leather is heavily soiled, stained, or dried out, this won’t be enough. You’d need a dedicated cleaner and conditioner for a full restoration. Second, the spray nozzle can be a bit inconsistent, sometimes giving off more of a stream than a fine mist. It’s not a huge issue, but it can waste product or make application less even if you’re not careful. Lastly, while it makes leather look clean and refreshed, it doesn’t provide as much conditioning as some other products, so if you’re looking for something that really nourishes and protects long term, this is more of a maintenance step than a solution.
Overall, though, I’m very satisfied. The Chemical Guys Leather Quick Detailer is perfect for keeping leather looking sharp between major cleanings. It’s fast, effective, and leaves behind a clean finish without unwanted residue. It saves me time and keeps my car interior looking well cared for, which is exactly what I want from a quick detailer.
I’d rate it 4 stars—an excellent product for regular maintenance and touch-ups, with just a few small shortcomings that prevent it from being the ultimate all-in-one leather care solution.
