Serge Buss, geboren in België, heeft 25 jaar ervaring als chef-kok en eigenaar van beroemde cateringconcepten en drankmerken. De kern van dit alles is het geloof in duurzaamheid en de onmetelijke waarde van onze gezondheid. In plaats van wegwerpverpakkingen gebruiken ze herbruikbare verzamelflessen om alle authentieke en hoogwaardige olijveningrediënten te verpakken. 

De olijfolie wordt aan de bron geoogst en gebotteld in de Andalusische regio. De olijfbomen van het familiereservaat staan in de zuidelijke regio van Spanje, aan de Middellandse Zee, waar de olijven meer zijn dan een eenvoudig landbouwproduct en een belangrijk ingrediënt vormen van het leven, de cultuur en de keuken van de regio. Het evenwichtige aroma in deze EVOO (Extra vergine olijfolie) is te danken aan de 100% Picual olijfsoort die wordt gebruikt in deze buitengewone olijfolie.
