De naam van Torre del Falasco is afkomstig uit de geschiednis die terug gaat tot aan het jaar 1600. destijds was er namelijk een bandiet genaamd Falasco die door de vallei raasde en zich vestigde in de plaats Stallavena. De geschiednis gaat dus ver terug in de tijd en dat kunnen we ook zien in de oude en rijke bodem structuur waarin de druiven ranken staan. Door gebruik van moderne technieken en oude tradities heeft men veel succes behaald met de wijnen van Torre del Falasco.Indrogen van de oogst voro de Amarone Della Valpolicella
Voor deze top wijn worden de druiven Corvina, Corvinone en Rondinella gebruikt die opgroeien aan de alleroudste wijnranken. De oude wijngaard geeft niet veel opbrengst maar wel van een uitermate goede kwaliteit. Als deze rijp is worden alle trossen met de hand geoogst en op bedjes gelegd. Ja u leest het goed de trossen worden op bedjes ten ruste gelegd in speciale drooghuisjes. De trossen verliezen een deel van hun vocht. Het deel met sap wat overblijft? Dat is uniek te noemen. Na een aantal maanden worden de druiven geperst en het oude zwarte sap krijgt ook nog eens een hout lagering. Uniek met hoofdletters!De geur en smaak van de Torre del Falasco Amarone
In het glas kleurt deze top wijn donker rood met een paarse rand. De mooie kleur geeft onze zintuigen alle aandacht, en we ruiken aan het glas. We noteerden indrukken van kreetjes, bosbessen, vijgen, pure chocolade en wat amarenekersen. De geur is overweldigend en geeft ons een heel warm gevoel. In de mond krijgen we een fluweelachtige aanzet van zwart fruit met daarbij kruiden en tonen van cacao. Later als de wijn even in uw mond walst proeven we ook pruimen, mokka en wat blauwe bessen. Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action

This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4.
Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down.
There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books.
The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
