Il Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Orriu Un anno dopo, interpretato dalla cantina Quartomoro di Sardegna, un bianco particolarmente interessante, dal sorso ritmato e appagante.
Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini. Al naso si esprime con sentori di macchia mediterranea e frutta a polpa bianca su sfondo minerale. Al palato offre buona morbidezza e corposità, con un sorso fluido e saporito di buona persistenza aromatica. Finale tipicamente ammandorlato.Il Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Orriu Un anno dopo, interpretato dalla cantina Quartomoro di Sardegna, è un bianco particolarmente interessante, dal sorso ritmato e appagante. Le uve sono vendemmiate manualmente in cassetta e provengono dalla costa settentrionale dell'isola, da terreni con substrato di natura granitica. La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione con lieviti selezionati e una maturazione in acciaio e in barrique di almeno 6 mesi. Prima della commercializzazione affina in bottiglia per ulteriori 6 mesi.
Accompagna alla perfezione svariate preparazioni della cucina di mare, anche elaborate e salsate. Ottimo con aragosta o astice in salsa.

“AROMATHERAPY” IN THE SHOWER
LOVE this scent! Strong in shower but mellows once rinsed off (might be too strong for sensitive individuals). It’s an “aromatherapy” experience every time you shower! We like the scent so much we put a squirt or two in our foaming hand soap dispensers (we switched to fragrance free hand soap so we could scent it with this)!
