De beschermpaal Ø60 x 2,9 mm biedt een robuuste en duurzame afbakening. Vervaardigd uit verzinkt staal en afgewerkt met een witte coating en rode reflecterende banen, zorgt hij voor optimale zichtbaarheid. Met een hoogte van 900 mm is hij eenvoudig in beton te verankeren of op een voetplaat te bevestigen. Tevens verkrijgbaar met kettingogen voor het bevestigen van afzetkettingen, is deze paal ideaal voor het beschermen van locaties tegen lichte impact, maar niet geschikt voor zwaar verkeer.

De Ø60 mm beschermpaal is ideaal voor lichte toepassingen en wordt ingezet in parkeergarages, voetgangersgebieden, magazijnen en bedrijfsterreinen. Dankzij het compacte formaat biedt hij een doeltreffende afbakening zonder onnodige ruimte in te nemen, wat visuele barrières creëert zonder de doorstroming te hinderen. Eenvoudig te installeren, combineert hij stevigheid met flexibiliteit voor een duurzame afbakening. Bovendien is de paal ook verkrijgbaar in diameters van 76, 89, 102 en als 70x70 mm variant, voor extra stevigheid en optimale afstemming op diverse eisen.

Waarom kiezen voor verzinkt staal en wit -rood?

De witte coating met rode reflecterende banen zorgt dat de paal in alle omstandigheden opvalt. Overdag valt de witte kleur direct op, terwijl 's nachts de rode banen extra zichtbaarheid bieden en bijdragen aan de veiligheid. De wit-rode combinatie wordt veel gebruikt in verkeerszones, industriële omgevingen en parkeergarages als waarschuwingssignaal. De coating beschermt tevens tegen weersinvloeden en corrosie. Daarnaast is de paal leverbaar in wit-groen en wit-blauw, wat een moderne uitstraling geeft en de zichtbaarheid verder optimaliseert en verhoogde veiligheid.

Hoe installeer je de beschermpaal?

  • In beton verankeren (zandgrond)
    Bij installatie in zandgrond zonder bestrating moet een gat gegraven worden van 40 cm diep en 30x30 cm breed. De beschermpaal wordt in het gat geplaatst en vervolgens wordt beton toegevoegd. Zorg ervoor dat de paal waterpas staat en laat het beton volledig uitharden voordat de paal belast wordt.
  • In beton verankeren (zandgrond met bestrating)
    Wanneer de beschermpaal in zandgrond met bestrating wordt geplaatst, verwijder je eerst de tegels of straatstenen op de gewenste locatie. Vervolgens graaf je een gat van 40 cm diep en 30x30 cm breed. Plaats de beschermpaal in het gat en vul het met beton tot net onder de bestrating. Zodra het beton is uitgehard, leg je de bestrating weer terug, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de paal stevig geïntegreerd is in de omgeving.
  • Montage met voetplaat (vloermontage)
    Als in beton verankeren niet mogelijk is, kan de beschermpaal met een voetplaat op een verharde ondergrond gemonteerd worden. Gebruik schroeven en pluggen om de voetplaat stevig te bevestigen op beton of asfalt. Zorg ervoor dat de ondergrond stabiel genoeg is voor extra stevigheid. Dit type installatie is ideaal voor tijdelijke of flexibele afzettingen.
