Gebruik
Bij oppervlakkige en acute wonden bijv. schaaf- en snijwonden en donorplaatsen van huidtranspantaties. Brandwonden 1 ste en 2 de graads. Chronische wonden bijv. decubitus veneuze- arteriele- en diabetische ulcera. Oncologische wonden (helpt ontgeuren en debrideren). Gekoloniseerde acute en (postoperatieve) chirurgische wonden.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
1. verwijder de dop maak de mond van de tube en de bovenkant van de dop schoon met alcohol.
2. Duw de punt van de dop in de afdichting zonder in de tube te knijpen. 
Aanbrengen op de wond:
1. Gebruik een steriele spatel om een dun laagje L-mesitran aan te brengen ofwel direct op de wond en omliggend weefsel of eerst op een steriel gaasje. 
2. Dek de wond af en fixeer met een passend secundair verband afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid wondvocht.
3. Inspecteer de wond en omliggend weefsel regelmatig volgens het geldende wondprotocol.

Breng nieuw product aan als het opgelost is (ongeveer eenmaal per 24-48 uur)

Bestanddelen
40% Medicinale honing hypoallergene lanoline (medilan) propylene glycol PEG 4000 en vitamine C&E.

Waarschuwingen
Raadpleeg altijd een arts voor wondbehandelingsadvies. Inspecteer en reinig de wond conform het geldende protocol. Door het autolytische dbridement (oplossen van dood weefsel) kan de wond groter lijken na de eerste verbandwisselingen. Dit is normaal en ontstaat door verwijdering van het dode weefsel dit bereidt het wondbed voor op genezing. In geval van gevoeligheid voor L-Mesitran: verwijder het product en maak het wondgebied zorgvuldig schoon. Gebruik L-Mesitran slechts bij een patient het product mag bij dezelfde patient hergebruikt worden. Product goed sluiten naar ieder gebruik.

Heavy duty rubber bone
This bone is really heavy duty. It's got a groove down the middle of you you can put your pups favorite lickable treat. My 36 lb aussie enjoyed chewing on this and was nibbling the ends. This bone has held up to her chewing it with only a couple little pieces coming off.

Big hit with my super chewer.
Here’s an expanded, Amazon-friendly version that keeps a natural, human tone while adding helpful detail: This is a truly heavy-duty chew bone and a great option for aggressive chewers. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package was the weight. It’s solid and well made, so it definitely feels like it’s built to last. Because of that, I would recommend being mindful when handing it to your dog and avoiding tossing or dropping it on hard floors or toes. My dog, Yukon, was instantly thrilled with it. From the moment I gave it to him, he’s been carrying it around proudly and settling in to chew on it for long stretches of time. It’s kept his attention much better than lighter chews, and it’s holding up well to his strong jaws so far. Immediate Hit With My Power Chewer!
Immediate hit. Like, didn’t even make it fully out of the package before my dog was sniffling around the package, all excited. I have a serious chewer, the kind that treats most toys like a personal challenge. This one has actually held up. It’s firm and tough, but not rock hard like those nylon bones that make me nervous about teeth. There’s a little bit of give to it, which I like. The beef flavor must be legit because he keeps going back to it. This isn’t one of those toys that gets ignored after five minutes. He’s been happily gnawing on it and hasn’t managed to destroy it yet, which honestly says a lot in this house. I also like the shape and texture. It’s easy for him to hold, and the ridges seem to keep him engaged longer. Bonus points if it’s helping his teeth even a little, because chewing is already his favorite hobby. No toy is truly indestructible, but this has definitely earned its place in the “worth buying again” category. If you’ve got a medium to large dog who lives to chew, this one’s a solid win.

Great Chew Toy for Destructive Dogs
I got this toy for our lab/pit mix, who tends to destroy most chew toys. He seems to really enjoy it so far, preferring it over his other toys. I'm not sure if it’s just the novelty of a new toy, or whether he actually likes the "real beef flavor," but either way, he's definitely into it. I’ve noticed some small teeth marks in the rubber, but nothing that concerns me too much at this point. My kids thought it looked pretty gross when I first pulled it out, which always makes me laugh! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the toy’s performance so far. It seems durable and I hope it lasts a long time--based on how things are going, I think it will. It's definitely worth the price.

Unusual looking, but durable and the pup likes it.
From the moment I took the box containing this toy out of its shipping box, my dog went nuts. He was not going to wait and had to have it NOW. Clearly the scent was quite appealing (if you’re a dog). He’s had it for a week now and he continues to enjoy it. This “meat bone” may not look appetizing to us, but my pup chews it regularly. The grooves and ridges seem to be interesting to him, and likely help with his dental health. The bone has held up quite well so far. My dog is an aggressive chewer and this one remains in good shape. Unlike plastic ones that leave a lot of sharp pieces all over - this one stays intact. Recommend.
