Dit Dommelin topper hoeslaken is het allerzachtste en gladste dat verkrijgbaar is, zachter dan satijn. Micromodal is een vezel die gehaald wordt uit houtcellulose, de vezel is superdun, sterk, soepel en zijdezacht. Deze kenmerken blijven intact ook na vele wasbeurten. Het is zeer absorberend en ademend. Het hoeslaken heeft een envelopsluiting mét elastiek en is geschikt voor topper matrassen tot 9 cm.
