Met deze Varin® Slimme Plafondlamp stel je de verlichting in op de meest makkelijk manier. Direct te koppelen in de app via WiFi zonder hub. Dit alles is snel in een handomdraai ingesteld via de app, de lichtinstelling wordt onthouden als je de lamp uit en aan zet met de wandschakelaar. Met deze Varin® Slimme Plafondlamp is alles instelbaar, lichtkleuren (Wit en RGB) en dimstand, dus geen gedoe meer met de verkeerde wattage of verkeerde lichtkleur lamp. Door de compacte afmetingen van deze lamp is deze veelzijdig inzetbaar in de kleinere ruimtes zoals o.a. de gang, hal, overloop, toilet, trapkast, babykamer, kinderkamer, slaapkamer, werkkamer of berging. Je kunt via de app deze smart lamp op de babykamer uitzetten zonder de deur te openen, wel zo prettig dat de baby niet wakker wordt. De lamp gebruiken op de kinderkamer als nachtlamp? Dit is ook goed mogelijk door een RGB kleur te dimmen. Door de lamp automatisch uit een aan te laten gaan op vast ingestelde tijdstippen kan deze lamp zelfs gebruikt worden om aan te geven dat het tijd is om te gaan slapen of als wake up light om wakker te worden.

Erg gemakkelijk in gebruik

De Varin® Smart lamp is heel gemakkelijk te koppelen en in te stellen met een app op je smartphone of tablet. Deze lamp is te gebruiken met de veelzijdige tuya app of smart home app, er zijn geen gebruikerskosten verbonden aan het gebruik van deze app. In de app kun je alles instellen en de lamp bedienen, o.a. het instellen van de kleuren en scenes met tijdinstellingen.

Het is ook mogelijk om te kiezen voor de muziek modus waarmee de verlichting meebeweegt met de muziek. Deze smart lamp is uiteraard ook te bedienen met de wandschakelaar (geen dimmer) en ook via voice-control. Zo kun je gemakkelijk en snel je verlichting instellen en bedienen in alle ruimtes in je huis of kantoor.

Slimme verlichting in huis

Met deze Varin® smart lamp verander je in een handomdraai de bestaande "domme" lampen in slimme instelbare lampen. Heb je nog geen ervaring met slimme verlichting, dat is geen enkel probleem door deze gemakkelijk in te stellen lampen van Varin®. Er wordt een handleiding naar je toe gemaild waarin stap voor stap uitgelegd wordt hoe de lamp te koppelen en de app te bedienen. Deze handleiding is in het Nederlands, Engels, Frans en Duits.

Naast het instellen van de lichtkleur 3000K-6500K (warm licht tot koel werklicht) en de 16 miljoen kleuren kun je er voor kiezen de lampen automatisch aan en uit gaan op vaste tijden. Als je hier geen ervaring mee hebt, dan weet je niet wat je mist! Het gemak dient de mens en je went hier heel snel, je wilt nooit meer al die schakelaars dagelijks bedienen.

Een andere mogelijkheid is om in de app eenvoudig meerdere lampen te koppelen door ze bij elkaar aan een groep toe te voegen. Bijvoorbeeld een groep woonkamer, keuken, benedenverdieping of bovenverdieping waarmee je met de app met 1 klik alle lampen uit of aan zet in deze ruimte(s). Aan jou de keuze op welke manier je de slimme verlichting instelt en de verschillende mogelijkheden te combineren of voor 1 instelling te gaan.

Deze Varin® lamp wordt eenvoudig gekoppeld met je 2.4 GHz wifi netwerk thuis of op kantoor en kan alleen bedient worden door degene die de lamp gekoppeld heeft via de app op het betreffende wifi netwerk (bij voorkeur met wachtwoord). Is de lamp eenmaal toegevoegd aan de app dan is de lamp overal vandaan te bedienen.

Tip: Maak je eigen netwerk nog veiliger door je 'slimme' producten alleen met een gastnetwerk te laten verbinden. Een gastnetwerk is een apart wifi-netwerk met een eigen netwerknaam (SSID) en uniek wachtwoord dat strikt gescheiden is van je eigen hoofdnetwerk. Hoe je een gastnetwerk aanmaakt is eenvoudig op -"type router" gastnetwerk- te googelen. Het gastnetwerk kan je dan eenvoudig op 2.4 GHz bandbreedte zetten in de instellingen van de router, het hoofdnetwerk kan dan op 5 GHz bandbreedte blijven staan indien gewenst.

Not the best fabric shaver I’ve used, by a long shot. While I appreciate the shield for protecting expensive fabrics, it stands in the way of being able to effectively use this. I have some thinner cashmere and merino sweaters with some pilling that I was really hoping to fix and this didn’t do a good job and was more of a headache due to the shield problem. The lint roller is okay but not as much adhesive as others I have so is not as efficient at picking up lint and requires multiple rounds to remove the lint. It’s lightweight and straightforward to use but wish it worked better. This is okay for the price but spending a few bucks more will get you a set that’s more effective, which is worth it in the long run to save you time on what should really otherwise be simples tasks to do.

A decent lint remover and great fabric shaver. I have so many tops that bead and this fabric shaver has become a most effective way to remove those little fuzzies and beaded areas of fabric that make my tops look old. This makes my clothes look new. It’s extremely easy to use but it does not include the 2 AA batteries you’ll need, so definitely grab you some. It’s durable and does the job fast. Overall, very handy, a good value, and excellent quality. I would recommend!

It is also absolutely the worst lint roller I have ever used. And I've used the IKEA ones that are even much cheaper than this. Absolutely do not push us this, unless you make your life more difficult or find that you have no benefit to your clothes whatsoever.

It shouldn’t be this hard to use, don’t like the fabric guard

This set contains a fabric shaver as well as a lint removal roller. The fabric shaver needs batteries, not included, and the orientation is weirdly not marked on the side that takes the batteries but instead on the outside of the battery lid, on the last surface you’d check. So even though this needed a very normal two AA batteries it was still harder to install than it needed to be. Also, emptying the lint collector is harder than it needs to be. I need to use both hands and hold the remover against my body to detach the lint container. It comes off with a “click” that does not bode well for the durability of the device. As for using the lint remover, it does an ok job. It has a fabric guard to presumably prevent anyone creating holes in the fabric they’re cleaning and the guard can be lowered/raised slightly. However, it keeps the lint remover far enough away from the fabric you need to press pretty hard to get decent results and you can’t get as close as you need in some areas due to the bulk of the plastic guard. The handle is also a little bulky, it’s like they made the entire device larger instead of just making the shaving surface and the lint catcher larger. The lint roller was pretty standard. I have long nails and usually struggle with detailed tasks, but I was able to get to the sticky panels without too much hassle. Although u made a bit of a mess trying to get the lint roller started, the roller was nicely sticky and lasted a little longer than some cheaper alternatives. I was able to get the sticky sheet to tear at the perforated edge easily. I have used the shaver to clean an old wool sweater as well as a newer pair of jersey sweatpants, and the results were ok but I prefer my smaller, older lint remover for effectiveness and ease of use. The lint roller was very nice, although I sort of expected the pretty pattern to be on the entire roll not just the front cover. This set works ok, but I really don’t like the lint remover and am removing a star because it’s harder to use than it should be, including the presence of the bulky fabric guard.
