Il palato è morbido e caldo, di buona struttura e di buona persistenza.È facile dire “Torre Mellotti”, ovvero Cabernet Sauvignon del Veneto etichettato “Scaia”, prodotto dall’azienda Tenuta Sant’Antonio. In realtà però dobbiamo parlare di un rosso alternativo, che nasce per il 50% da uve fresche e per il restante 50% da uve appassite. Dopo la fermentazione, l’invecchiamento è svolto in tonneau di rovere francese per dieci mesi. Questo quanto: resta solo l’assaggio, che certamente troverete coinvolgente come pochi altri, per un sorso che vi trasporterà direttamente nelle terre del Veneto, dove la tradizione si incontra in questo caso con le uve internazionali del cabernet sauvignon. Ne nasce un rosso assolutamente piacevole, che ci sta bene sempre quando la cucina è quella di terra. Sceglietelo con un fumante piatto di gnocchi conditi con il ragù di castrato, e vedrete che ne rimarrete pienamente soddisfatti. Garantito al 100%.

This balm has been amazing for dry and irritated skin. I started using it on rough patches around my nose and cheeks, and it helped calm everything down quickly. The texture is thick but it absorbs better than I expected. A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts quite a while.
