Presenta un bel rosso rubino all’occhio. Note floreali di violetta aprono l’ingresso al naso, poi caratterizzato da richiami alla melagrana, alle more e ai mirtilli. Il palato è ben organizzato tra frutto e spezie, con richiami minerali che ne accentuano la complessità. Ottima la persistenza.Alla vendemmia manuale, segue la vinificazione e la fermentazione, poi da ultimo l’invecchiamento svolto per nove mesi in botti di rovere francese: gli ingredienti sono semplici ma il risultato è eccellente, dato dal Willamette Valley Pinot Noir AVA “The Stalker” della cantina ROCO Winery. Un Pinot Nero d’oltre-oceano espressivo e intrigante, capace di conquistare qualsiasi palato sin dal primo sorso.
Ideale insieme con le carni bianche, è perfetto per accompagnare il coniglio arrosto.

Very nicely done
Format: Paperback
This is a well written, very thorough and easy to read volume which I am glad to have read. I bought the updated 2024 edition. Although the style is easy to read, there is a large amount of practical information, very useful down the road. The authors cover legal issues well, and compared to other books Ive read on executor duties, this one takes the prize. i will look for other work by Mary Randolph, or at least NOLO in the future.
