Een fijne, fruitige multi-vintage champagne die veelzijdig is en past bij de meeste (verfijnde) gerechten. Op de neus levendige citroenen en aardbei. In de mond dezelfde aroma's, fris en lengte. Deze champagne heette voorheen La Cuvée 17. 

Gilles Dumangin "Alchemist in Champagne“ staat bekend om zijn bekroonde ratafia champenois, unieke whiskies en zijn gedrevenheid en perfectionisme. 5e generatie in Chigny-les-Roses.

Hij werkt zonder pesticiden en herbiciden. Lange rijping (millésimes) of een groot deel reservewijnen vormen de ruggengraat van zijn cuvées. Meunier zorgt voor de fruitige & toegankelijke stijl. Zijn champagnes  zijn "zuiver, fris, precies en geconcentreerd".

34% Meunier, 33% Chardonnay en 33% Pinot Noir. Met 79% reservewijn uit 2001-2020 en 21% uit 2021. Dosage van 7-8 gr/l.
