Hoe het werkt

~ 3 dagen, 3 hele bekers Soep - dat is wat je eet. Er is geen vastgestelde volgorde; kies de Soep waar je trek in hebt. 

~ Een lepel granola over je Soep geeft een lekkere bite. Bovendien verbetert het kauwen je spijsvertering.

~ Drink per dag minimaal 1,5 liter water of kruidenthee. Liever ook geen koffie, dat maakt je detox (en rust) nog beter. Overigens kan een koffie-stop wel wat hoofdpijn veroorzaken. Is niet erg, maar de volgende dag moet het wel over zijn. 

~ Sporten tijdens het vasten kan, maar train licht intensief. Trainen op 70% van je maximale hartslag (voelt als licht hijgen) is goed genoeg. Dagelijks (10.000 stappen) wandelen is perfect!

  • 3x3 Reset (3 dagen vasten): 3 hele bekers Soep per dag. Je box is binnen 3 dagen leeg! Maar daar krijg je een boel energie, ruimte in je buik en een schone start voor terug.
  • Balans (2 dagen vasten): maandag en dinsdag SoepVasten met 3 bekers per dag. De rest van de werkweek vervang je 1 maaltijd door Soep.
