Bovenaan start je met een hartje oorsteker - zacht, herkenbaar en altijd mooi. Daaronder hangen boogvormige hangers met afgeronde, organische lijnen. En het leukste? Ze zijn ongelijk: het ene "beentje" is iets langer dan het andere. Dat geeft Elien een speelse asymmetrie en zorgt voor extra beweging wanneer je loopt, praat of danst. Het voelt nonchalant en modern, alsof je oorbellen vanzelf karakter hebben.

De gravure Leopard Love in metallic goud maakt het helemaal af. Het is een print met die typische "wild meets chic" vibe: stoer, speels en toch elegant. Het metallic goud vangt het licht en geeft je oorbellen een warme glans, terwijl het zwarte acryl als basismateriaal alles mooi in balans houdt. Zwart en goud samen blijven gewoon een topcombo - tijdloos, krachtig en makkelijk te combineren.

Elk paar Elien maak ik 100% met de hand in mijn eigen atelier in Anzegem. Ik werk met hoogwaardig acryl dat super lichtgewicht draagt, zodat je wél de statement look hebt, maar niet het gewicht. Met ongeveer 5 cm lengte en 3 cm breedte is Elien duidelijk aanwezig, maar nog steeds heel draagbaar. De oorstekers zijn van RVS en dus hypoallergeen - ideaal voor gevoelige oren of als je snel last hebt van irritatie bij andere materialen. Comfort en uitstraling mogen bij mij altijd samen gaan.

Elien is perfect voor een avondje uit, maar evengoed voor overdag wanneer je outfit wat extra pit kan gebruiken. Draag haar bij een simpele zwarte look en laat de gravure spreken, of combineer haar met denim, wit of warme tinten. Dit is een paar dat je niet "gewoon" aandoet - dit is een paar dat je mood verandert. Romantisch, stoer en heerlijk speels, allemaal tegelijk.

Not great at cooling

Each pillow cover has 2 sides, one marked for cooling, and the other a different fabric. The cooling side is about the same effectiveness as having a silk or satin pillow cover. It's only cool when you first touch it. The cooling side doesn't seem to absorb or wick moisture, so if you are sweaty - it keeps the moisture in place. You'll definitely want a regular pillow case over the pillow cover. In fact, if you suffer from night sweats, the non-cooling side is actually more comfortable. The pillow fill is ample, and simple to squish around for more support for your neck, etc. Think bean bag. But it will retain your impression after use. I find I need to do as I did when I had down pillows - give it a few good shakes in the morning when I make the bed to get it evened out for the coming night. In all, it is a well-made and comfortable pillow to sleep on, but it does not excel in cooling.

I ordered these for my son who has neck issues and has gone through so many pillows trying to find one that he liked. They are filled with pieces of memory foam (tons of it) and each pillow can be modified by removing some of the foam. The covers are beautiful, high quality fabric with a zipper so ts easy to remove or replace the foam pieces. The size is perfect and they keep their shape. I kept the second set i ordered rather than returning them and i love the pillows. I actually modified two by removing some of the foam pieces. I kept the foam pieces in a zippered pillow protector and i can always adjust mine when or if i need to. 1000% love these.
