De wijn Nectar Dei is de Super Premium Wijn van Nittardi en werd gedoopt met de oude naam Nittardi uit 1183, en volgens de traditie worden de eerste flessen Nectar Dei aangeboden aan Paus Benedict XVI.
Nectar Dei is diep rood van kleur met paarse hints. In de neus rijpe tonen van cassis, bramen en framboos gecombineerd met vanille, roze peper, tabak en leer. Mooi geconcentreerd met weelderige, ronde tannines en elegante tonen als zwarte kersen en zoethout in de mond. De wijn heeft een lange en rijke afdronk waar de complexiteit van de wijn doorschijnt. Uitstekend geschikt voor alle varianten van rood vlees en wild. Het beste geserveerd op ongeveer 18 ° C; 2 uur voor het serveren ontkurken en decanteren indien mogelijk.
De druiven die gebruikt worden voor Nectar Dei groeien in de Maremma wijngaard, Mongibello delle Mandorlaie genaamd, tussen Scansano en Magliano, op slechts 8 km afstand van de zee op een hoogte van 250 meter. De bodem bestaat voornamelijk uit zand met graniet en schiststenen met klei eronder.
Rijping: 24 maanden in Franse barrique, 6 maanden in een betonnen vat en daaropvolgend zes maanden flesrijping.

Got Some Work To Do!

Inspired by a kitten, I endeavored to clean up behind my audio desk, where a maze of wires is the picture of confusion, but apparently also a wonderful place to pull and tug, nap and chew ... so I got this. Then it sat there for a week while I thought about it. Felt complicated, organizing that big wad of a mess of wires. But when I finally got to it, it wasn't too bad at all, and the difference is huge! This item fit under the back of the desk perfectly and provides a deep tray you can immediately start to run wires though. Eventually you'll get there! Good luck!

Solid and strong

It's strong enough to hold it's shape. I attached it with 2 screws, and was able to put 2 power strips inside.
It's a bit annoying to have the big "StarTech.COM" logo on the front, so I mounted it backwards, facing the wall. The whole point of a black tray is to hide things and blend in, not advertise for "StarTech"! So minus 1 star for that.
