Een suikerthermometer, ook wel jamthermometer of kookthermometer genoemd. Deze thermometer van het merk Brand New Cake wordt voornamelijk gebruikt om de temperatuur en het stadium van de kooksuikeroplossing te meten. Je kunt zo je suiker, chocolade, maar ook je olie op de perfecte temperatuur van het vuur halen of juist laten staan. Je kunt de temperatuur van producten meten van + 40 °C tot + 200 °C meten. Maak met behulp van de thermometer overheerlijke karamel stukjes of suikersiroop.

Om een precies resultaat te krijgen moet de suikerthermometer ongeveer 5 cm diep (ca. tot de 40 °C marketing) in het te koken eetwaar gedompeld worden. Zodra het display in het glazen buisje niet meer verandert is de temperatuur af te lezen. Pak de thermometer alleen vast aan de kunststof greep. Was de thermometer in warm water met een sopje. De thermometer is niet geschikt voor in de vaatwasmachine.

Its great to be able to go back and read Stokely Carmichael today in his own words. This book provides an excellent overview of what black power means and how the concept originated. Although the book seems a bit dated today, many of the ideas presented are still entirely relevant. Ive only given the book four stars due to its age. Many of the statistics presented are dated, and undoubtedly there are other texts available today that present these ideas in a much better/newer way. But if you are interested in Stokely Carmichael and what he stood for, this is the book to read.

Kwame Ture (fka Stokely Carmichael) changed his name for a reason. However, those of us from the sixties can never forget him nor the name Stokely Carmichael.
