Meursault “Les Clous” 2022 toont een koele en precieze stijl van Meursault, met aroma’s van citroen, groene appel, witte bloemen en een uitgesproken krijtachtige mineraliteit. In de mond is de wijn strak en levendig, met een slanke structuur, frisse zuren en een lange, zuivere afdronk waarin spanning en finesse centraal staan.

Vinificatie.
Na handmatige oogst worden de druiven zacht geperst. De vergisting vindt plaats in eikenhouten vaten met een beperkt percentage nieuw hout. De wijn rijpt ongeveer 12 maanden op vat, gevolgd door enkele maanden rust om balans en precisie te verfijnen, daarna flesrijping.
