Met de Tajine uit de Delight collectie van Emile Henry kun je heerlijke gestoofde, gesauteerde of geroosterde recepten maken met ongeëvenaard gemak. Geschikt voor alle soorten warmtebronnen (inclusief inductie) en in de oven. Ontwikkeld met behulp van de laatste technologische hulpmiddelen is de Delight kookpan een stuk lichter dan een klassieke kookpan. De pan biedt het voordeel van gezond koken dat de voedingswaarde van de gebruikte ingrediënten respecteert. De gelijkmatige warmteverdeling van het keramiek is ideaal voor het verbeteren van de smaken tijdens het sudderen, heel voorzichtig, zonder te verbranden. De putjes aan de onderkant van de koepelvormige deksel concentreert de verdamte sappen, die terugvallen op de ingrediënten in kleine druppeltjes, zodat het recept vochtig en vol smaak blijft. De pan heeft een ultra gladde geglazuurde laag met geleidende inzet voor inductiekookplaten en is voorzien van dubbele handgrepen voor veilig gebruik.
