Een conventionele messing nozzle wordt vaak aanbevolen omdat deze een superieure warmtegeleiding biedt. Echter, een messing nozzle heeft zijn nadelen: als u met abrasieve materialen zoals koolstof of gloeiend filament wilt printen, slijt een conventionele messing nozzle snel. Hier komt de geharde stalen nozzle in beeld, die weliswaar duurzamer is, maar niet de optimale warmtegeleiding van een messing nozzle biedt.

De logische oplossing is het beste van beide werelden te combineren – en dat is precies wat de PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle biedt.

In de beste nozzle die we ooit hebben geproduceerd, gebruiken we hoogwaardig messing, aangevuld met een kleine robijn aan de nozzle-tip. Dit verandert een conventionele messing nozzle in een nozzle die geschikt is voor zowel standaardfilamenten zoals PLA, ABS en PETG als voor abrasievere materialen zoals koolstofgevuld filament, metaal, gloeiend filament en hout. Met deze nozzle kunt u vrijwel alle soorten „Nozzle Killer Filament” gebruiken die momenteel op de markt zijn.

Alle Ruby Nozzles van PrimaCreator zijn gemaakt van hoogwaardig messing met een echte robijnpunt. Ze worden geproduceerd in een ultramoderne fabriek en hebben een tolerantie van minder dan ± 0,01 mm. Dit zorgt ervoor dat uw filament bij het extruderen een zeer gladde en heldere oppervlakte heeft, wat leidt tot betere printresultaten.

Voor optimale resultaten en printkwaliteit raden wij sterk aan om uw bouwplaat opnieuw te nivelleren na het wisselen naar een nieuwe nozzle. Houd er rekening mee dat een PrimaCreator-nozzle mogelijk compatibel is met uw printer, maar dat de afstand tussen nozzle en bouwplaat moet worden aangepast.

Het productieproces van een PrimaCreator-nozzle begint met de selectie van hoogwaardig materiaal. Na aankomst in de fabriek wordt het materiaal onderworpen aan een optische inspectie. Vervolgens wordt het materiaal gevormd tot een lange staaf. Dit proces wordt slechts één keer uitgevoerd, in tegenstelling tot veel andere (goedkopere) fabrikanten, waarbij dit proces vaak 3-4 keer herhaald moet worden zonder dezelfde resultaten te bereiken. Na deze stap ondergaat het materiaal een ultrasoon reinigingsbad en wordt daarna opnieuw gereinigd en beschermd tegen oppervlakteoxidatie.

De nozzle krijgt nu met millimeterprecisie vorm, waarbij de tolerantie minder dan ± 0,01 mm bedraagt. Het verwijderen van scherpe randen is een belangrijke stap, omdat dit een groot deel van het resultaat bepaalt. Te veel scherpe randen kunnen de nozzle vatbaarder maken voor verstoppingen. Daarom is het cruciaal dat de nozzle voor gebruik zeer glad en schoon is. In elke batch worden enkele nozzles geselecteerd en doormidden gesneden om te verzekeren dat aan alle specificaties wordt voldaan en dat het oppervlak in perfecte staat is.

De nozzles worden vervolgens een laatste keer gecontroleerd en individueel verpakt in een beschermdoos – klaar voor verzending naar u.

This book restores the authority within psychology back to the spiritual dimension rather than the empiricism and rationalism that is the legacy of the Enlightenment project and consequently of mainstream psychology.
