Onze veggie-auteurs bij uitstek, Miki en Kristin, toveren originele combinaties van noten en groenten, granen en peulen, plantaardig gehakt en pittige smaakmakers om tot burgers, balletjes en broodbeleg.

Elk recept is apart en zit boordevol smaak. Soms heerlijk klassiek gekruid, zoals de champignonburger met gekaramelliseerde ui, de winterburger met een rooksmaakje, de balletjes in tomatensaus of de groentespread. Andere met een mediterrane twist.
Proef maar eens van die aubergineburger met olijven, de spinazieburger met polenta, de risottokroketjes of de guacamole met zijden tofu. Helemaal verrassend zijn de recepten met een oosterse invloed. Een kruidige burger met gember en zoete aardappel, Thaise kokoskoekjes, Indiase linzenballetjes of een seitanspread met kerrie en appel… het zijn fantastische combinaties.
