Geïnspireerd door klassieke bandrecorders is de Retro Nano meer dan alleen een stijlvolle gadget; het is een muzikale alleskunner boordevol functies.

Aangedreven door Qualcomm’s nieuwste QCC5125 Bluetooth-chipset ondersteunt hij Bluetooth 5.1 en hoogwaardige audioformaten zoals LDAC en AptX Adaptive. De Retro Nano heeft een dynamische, geanimeerde interface die een afspelende cassette nabootst en met één druk op de knop aangepast kan worden.

Een van de opvallendste kenmerken is de verwisselbare, oplaadbare 3.7V lithiumbatterij — is de batterij leeg, dan verwissel je die eenvoudig voor een volle. De Retro Nano ondersteunt ook USB plug-and-play, waardoor hij als USB DAC/versterker gebruikt kan worden.

Dankzij speciaal afgestemde geluidsprofielen, waaronder nostalgische retro-presets, kunnen gebruikers hun luisterervaring naar wens aanpassen via de FiiO Control-app.
