Wijnmaken is al generaties lang een traditie van de familie Coppola. Net als het maken van muziek en films. De klassiekers Apocalypse Now en de Godfather Trilogie zijn over de hele wereld bekend en geregisseerd door Francis Ford Coppola. En laat hij nou net zo gepassioneerd en succesvol zijn in het maken van wijnen. Halverwege de jaren zeventig besloot Francis om zijn bekendheid te verplaatsen naar wijnen. Zijn wijnhuis heeft in de loop der jaren een behoorlijke reputatie opgebouwd met succesvolle wijnen over de hele wereld. De Cabernet Sauvignon druiven voor deze 93rd Awards special zijn afkomstig van hooggelegen wijngaarden in de Alexander Vally. Hier schijnt de zon volop en daarmee is het rijpingsproces van de druif een uitdaging. Maar gelukkig tempert de wind deze temperaturen waardoor de druiven alsnog mooie eigenschappen kunnen ontwikkelen. De druiven worden bij optimale rijpheid geoogst en direct naar de wijnmakerij gebracht. Hier vindt een strenge selectie plaats, want voor Francis Ford Coppola is alleen het beste van het beste goed genoeg. Ook binnen het vinificatieproces wordt niets aan het toeval overgelaten. The Family Coppola 93rd Awards Cabernet Sauvignon heeft in de geur verleidelijke aroma’s van bessen, mokka, toffee en cacaokruiden. In de mond komen sappige smaken samen. Well-Designed and Effective
This tongue scraper is high quality and feels well-made. The stainless steel construction is solid and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. It has good weight to it and seems built to last with regular use.
It's easy to use right from the first time. The process is straightforward - you just hold the handles and gently scrape your tongue from back to front. No complicated technique needed, and it does what it's supposed to do effectively.
The two handles are really well designed, which makes it easy to control. Having a handle on each side gives you a comfortable grip and better leverage than single-handle scrapers. The dual-handle design lets you apply even pressure and maneuver it smoothly without awkward angles or slipping.
This works for both adults and kids with no issues. My teenager uses it without problems, and the ergonomic design fits different hand sizes comfortably. It's versatile enough for the whole family.
One thing I'm uncertain about is the rust-resistance longevity. It says it's rust-proof, but only time will tell how it holds up with daily use and exposure to water. So far it looks fine with no signs of rust, but I'll have to see if that continues months down the line. Another good thing is the edges are not sharp and you won't cut your tongue even if you apply some extra pressure.
The compact size makes it portable. I can easily pack it for travel or keep it in my bag for freshening up during the day. It doesn't take up much space.
For the price, this is recommended. You're getting a functional, well-designed tool that improves oral hygiene and gives you value for money. The dual-handle feature alone makes it worth it compared to basic scrapers. It's a simple addition to your routine that makes a noticeable difference.

Good Quality, Just Takes Practice
This tongue scraper seems well made and feels sturdy in the hand. I like the dual handle design because it gives a better grip and makes it easier to control while using it. The material also feels durable and easy to rinse clean after each use, which makes it feel like a nice addition to a basic oral care routine.
Since this is new to me, there is definitely a little learning curve. It works fine, but it took me a couple tries to get comfortable with how much pressure to use and the best way to handle it.
