Mogelijke toepassingen: onze fitnessbal kan in verschillende sporten en in het dagelijks leven worden gebruikt. De bal is bij uitstek geschikt voor gymnastiek, fitnesstraining, aerobics, pilates, rug- en buikspieroefeningen, zwangerschapsoefeningen, fysiotherapie en revalidatie. Je lichaam moet hard werken om in balans te blijven op de bal. Dit betekent dat je voortdurend verschillende spiergroepen activeert. Er zijn vrijwel onbeperkte oefenmogelijkheden, wat de Gym Ball tot een must-have maakt. Afmetingen: Bij de aanschaf van een fitnessbal/kantoorbal moet je rekening houden met de maat of de diameter van de bal. De grootte van de bal moet altijd overeenkomen met uw lichaamsgrootte. De regels: Als u bijvoorbeeld op de bal zit, moeten uw dijen horizontaal zijn, met uw onderbenen in een hoek van 90 graden en beide voeten de grond raken. Onze oefenbal "Orion" is verkrijgbaar in de volgende maten: 55 cm (156 – 165 cm), 65 cm (166 – 177 cm), 75 cm (178-188 cm) en 85 cm (>190 cm). Materiaal en onderhoudsinstructies: onze gymbal is gemaakt van PVC, een slijtvast, duurzaam en onderhoudsvriendelijk materiaal. De bal kan eenvoudig worden schoongeveegd met een vochtige doek. Reinigingsproducten en wasmiddelen blijven echter aan het oppervlak van de bal plakken, waardoor deze poreus wordt en barst. Hierdoor verliest de fitnessbal zijn stabiliteit en is het maximale draagvermogen niet meer gegarandeerd. Love this product. This is my first summer using it. I was not disappointed. I have super sensitive skin, and can’t use most products. One thing I did notice was a few times I would get a small pimple or blackhead along the lip line. The dermatologist said it was clogged pores, but no reason not to continue using it. I have tried a few other brands and had more breakouts/ blackheads. So I keep going back to Hawaiian Tropics.

Solid sunscreen for active use

I’ve been using this sunscreen for outdoor workouts and beach days, and it works really well. It provides strong sun protection, goes on fairly lightweight, and doesn’t feel too greasy for a high SPF product. I also like that it holds up against sweat and water, so I don’t have to constantly reapply.
The only downside is that it can sting my eyes if I start sweating a lot, and it may leave a slight white cast if not blended in fully.
Overall, it’s a dependable sunscreen for sports and outdoor activities, especially for the price.
