Arbeidsintensieve wijngaard door harde boven- en onderlaag. Brengt zeer elegante, geconcentreerde wijnen voort met zeer lang bewaarpotentieel. Gemaakt van 100% Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir).
Verhaal achter het etiket: Konrad Salwey, de wijnmaker, heeft zijn vader Wolf Dietrich Salwey, opgevolgd omdat hij plotseling om het leven kwam. Dit trieste nieuws deed de Duitse wijnwereld op zijn grondvesten schudden; Wolf Dietrich Salwey was een zeer talentvolle en gepassioneerde wijnmaker. Na zijn overlijden heeft Konrad de afbeelding van een (huilende) wolf laten plaatsen, als gedenkteken aan zijn vader. -
Rode wijn - Licht, fruitig en sappig (rijpe stijl): Kersenrood, lichte rand. Krachtig rood fruit, veel sap, veel elegantie. Zeer geconcentreerde afdronk.
Pinot Noir optima forma!
- Onze sommeliers adviseren: Geschikt als aperitief, bij rauw en gedroogd vlees en bij pikante en kruidige gerechten. Bij gebakken en gegrild wit of kalfsvlees, varken en gevogelte. Lichte stoof gerechten of bij pasta's met tomaat en parmezaan. Ook goed te combineren met half harde kazen of volle, rijpere kazen.

Awesome read aloud for young children. Lyrical, whimsical as it describes anticipation for the holidays. It is a book of change and cause and effect. Calming and poetic as children are engulfed in the story. Thank you!

A perfect read for the Christmas season!

This beautifully illustrated and lyrical picture book focuses on the little changes in weather, plants, people and more that lead up to Christmas!
While most Christmas books focus on Santa, his reindeer, etc, And Then Came Christmas focuses on the tell-tale signs and traditions that people partake in such as hanging wreaths, searching for the perfect tree to decorate, hanging twinkling lights, and lining up to see Santa!
This unique holiday read-aloud spans the entire 'season of Christmas', from the falling leaves and bare-branched trees to chilly days and glistening white snow and focuses on all our favorite things about Christmas!
The illustrations have a soft and cozy aesthetic that makes this a perfect bedtime or storytime read, especially while snuggled up warm and tight with loved ones while waiting for Christmas!

Make this one a holiday tradition.
Format: Hardcover
This is a lovely book that offers the entire holiday experience rather than just Santa and gift giving. The author goes step by step addressing the signs (weather, shorter days, etc.) that take us to Dec. 25th. This is a "family tradition book" that you'll want to keep and bring out each year after Thanksgiving. Set this book on the coffee table in the living room so that everyone can enjoy it.
