De Petromax sauspan vergemakkelijkt het aanmaken van meelzwitsels, bouillons of andere sausbases in je buitenkeuken dankzij zijn handige vorm met steel. Ook voor het zwenken van gestoofde uien of het bereiden van bruine boter is de sauspan geschikt. Ook kleine maaltijden kunnen erin in portiegrootte worden opgewarmd. Op intense smaak en echt karakter kun je rekenen, want dankzij het gietijzer krijgt ook de kleinste maaltijd een bijzonder karakteristieke noot.
