Vinificatie

De druiven werden in roestvrijstalen tanks geplaatst en ondergingen een voorgisting van 4-10 dagen. De alcoholische gisting vond plaats gedurende 12-14 dagen bij temperaturen tussen 24-29°C. De rijping vond plaats in Franse eikenhouten vaten.
