Borrelmaatjes bereiden

Frituur op 175 graden, 2-3 minuten tot goudbruin en gaar van binnen. Niet te lang - dan worden ze droog. In de oven op 200 graden, 12-15 minuten, halverwege omdraaien. Serveer direct - een borrelsnack wacht niet. Met een portie mosterd voor de dippers.

Bewaren

Gekoeld of bevroren bewaren. Invriezen kan tot 3 maanden. Niet opnieuw invriezen na ontdooien.
