De wijngaarden voor deze wijn liggen in Val Do Salnes. Dit is de grootste subzone van Rias Baixas, in het hart van de Albariño-regio. Albariño wordt erkend als het goud van Galicië omdat het een van de meest waardevolle witte wijnen van Spanje is. De regio Rías Baixas ligt in het noordwesten van Spanje, direct aan de Atlantische Oceaan. Het koele klimaat hier maakt de wijnbouw complex en door het creëren van een bladerdak worden de wijnstokken op een natuurlijke manier extra beschermd. De kleine omvang van de druif, met een dikke schil, zorgt voor intense aroma's en een voortreffelijke smaak. Door het temperatuurverschil tussen dag en nacht en de frisse Atlantische zeebries ondergaan de druiven een langzaam rijpingsproces waardoor hun aroma's prachtig kunnen ontwikkelen. Aroma's van citrusvruchten, appel en aromatische kruiden zoals anijs en verse munt. Een verfrissende en minerale afdronk.

De ideale begeleider bij oesters of andere zeevruchten, maar ook vis, kip en rijstgerechten.
