De wijnbox is exclusief verkrijgbaar bij HermanWines en bestaat uit:
- Champagne extra brut - Jean Louis Deparis Klassieke blend van 40% Chardonnay afkomstig van de Côte des Blancs, 20% Pinot Noir uit de Montagne de Reims en 40% Pinot Meunier afkomstig uit de Vallée de la Marne. Ruim 24 maanden lagering 'sure lattes' en dus een zeer verfijnde en elegante mousse. De perfecte start van elke feestelijke aangelegenheid!
- Pinot blanc - Albert Boxler - 2018 Dit is een échte cult-wijn, heel veel klassieker dan dit kan bijna niet! Albert Boxler is een wijnproducent met wereldfaam en een hele kleine productie én sommelier Maurits is grote fan. De Pinot Blanc is een heerlijke frisse wijn die de Elzas prachtig presenteert; fijne mineralen die ontzettend goed combineren met hartige gerechten waaronder asperges met ham en Hollandaisesaus.
- Little Red Riding Wolf - Staffelter Hof - 2016 Stoer label maar een nog veel stoerdere wijn! Dit is een heuse natuurwijn uit de Mosel gemaakt van Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder). Gerijpt op grote (1000 liter) houtenvaten. Aromatisch, veel rood fruit en prachtige frisse zuren. Niet gefilterd dus kan wat troebel zijn, in your face!
- Auxey Duresses blanc - Philippe Bouzereau, Château de Citeaux - 2018 Dit wijnhuis is gesitueerd in één van de bekendste dorpen voor high-end witte Bourgogne namelijk; Meursault. De wijngaarden voor deze cuvée liggen in het dorp ernaast maar Philippe voedt hem gewoon op als Meursault met flink wat nieuw hout. Prachtige dikke ronde stijl, heerlijk bij vollere gerechten met botersauzen.
- Roca del Crit - Gallina de Piel - 2018 David Seijas is de oud-sommelier van El Bulli, ’s werelds meest befaamde *** Michelin restaurant. Na de sluiting van het restaurant in 2011 wilde hij zelf gastronomische wijnen gaan maken uit relatief onbekende streken in Spanje. Empordà is een mooi voorbeeld hiervan! Door de nabijheid van de Spaanse Pyreneeën ontwikkeld deze wijn hele frisse tonen ondanks dat het een flinke jongen is. Gemaakt van Grenache en Carignan met een mooie houtopvoeding. Deze wijn kan prima opboksen tegen een mooie stuk gegrild vlees. Kwartiertje op voorhand decanteren.

Dolcetto d'Alba 'vignavillej' - Brovia - 2016 Brovia is een zeer gekend wijnhuis uit Piëmonte en maakt Barolo's waar ze in de hele wereld om vechten. Dolcetto is een ander druivenras welke beter iets jonger gedronken kan worden. Het resulteert in mooie soepele rode wijnen met veel fruit (braam, bosbes) en niet al te overheersende tannines. Een heerlijke begeleider bij wild, lam en uiteraard Italiaanse pasta.

Step In Look Good
Size: 11.5, Color: Cognac Napa Leather
I am wearing these shoes as I write this review, and they look and feel great. I have a bit of a disability with drop foot on the right leg and bilateral neuropathy and have been wearing step in shoes for about 10 years. But the first company that introduced leather dress and casual shoes stopped making them and now only makes sport and casual shoes. So I have been searching for some that meet my need for shoes like this and this company has given me three pairs, so far. Easy to get into, comfortable to wear, and good looking. And they take polish very well, too. (Remember how to do that?). We may buy another pair or two in different styles as well.
