Deze taxus is een compacte haagplant die na 10 jaar ongeveer een hoogte van 2 meter heeft bereikt. Deze taxus is bestand voor temperaturen tot -25 graden Celsius en blijft heel het jaarrond groen. De taxus laat zich heel gemakkelijk snoeien en vraagt verder geen onderhoud. Daardoor is dit een heel populaire, groenblijvende tuinplant.

Taxus combineren met

Zelf eenvoudig te combineren met allerlei lage en halfhoge vaste planten en grassen zoals:

  • Vedergras 'Stipa'
  • Blauw schapengras
  • Lavendel zoals Hidcote, Munstead of Intermedia Dutch
  • Salie zoals Mainacht
  • Zonnekruid 'Helenium'
  • Gele Zonnehoed 'Rudbeckia'
  • Kogeldistel 'Echinops' zorgt ovor mooi contrast met oa Zonnehoed
  • Daglelie 'Hemerocallis'
  • Rode Zonnehoed 'Echinacea'
  • Kattenkruid 'Nepeta' als randbeplanting
  • Ooievaarsbek 'geranium' zoals Spessart, Rozanne en Azure Rush
  • Lampenpoetsersgras 'Pennisetum' siergras

Zet lage soorten meer vooraan. Zet uw Taxus Rising Star prominent meer in het midden en voorkom dat vaste planten hoger worden dan de Taxus.

Leg een mooie kleurrijke border aan met deze Taxus en 1 of meerdere van onze kant-en-klare borderpakketten, bijvoorbeeld pakket Sterre, Henk Jan of Ilse. Ook in heesterborders goed te combineren met bijvoorbeeld Euonymus Kardinaalsmuts, Viburnum Sneeuwbal, Hortensia's, Hazelaars en vlinderstruiken.

Aanplanting van de taxus

Deze taxus slaat vrij traag aan. Dat betekent dat het even kan duren voordat ze beginnen met groeien. In deze periode is het belangrijk dat de bodem luchtig. Dit doet u door bij het aanplanten de juiste aanplantgrond te gebruiken. Bestel deze dus direct mee. Alle Taxus soorten staan graag op een plekje in de zon of halfschaduw. In droge zomermaanden dienen ze wel regelmatig water te krijgen. Bijvoorbeeld 1-3 emmers per week, afhankelijk van het formaat van uw haag. Zorg er in de winter voor dat uw Taxus niet te lang te nat staat. Zo voorkomt u wortelrot en sterfte.

Na uw bestelling worden alle tuinplanten en producten verzameld. Wij controleren elke tuinplant voor verzending. Dit doen wij door het wortelsysteem van onze planten te controleren. Zo zijn wij er zeker van hoge kwaliteitsplanten te leveren die bij de juiste aanplanting altijd zullen aanslaan. Chair looks great and is very comfortable and well made. I took stars off because a couple of issues that I can’t live with and will require me to buy another chair. The chair does not rise high enough. Unlike other office chairs, I feel like I’m a little kid at the adult table(I’m 5’10” male). The most annoying feature is the chair back angle isn’t adjustable so I’m always at a slight recline. I have to place a pillow behind me to look like I’m not falling asleep while on camera. Suprised there isn’t an adjustment for that. I would have discovered all of this if I was able to try it out before hand but the mass positive rating don’t mention these issues.

And hey I'm 65 years old and I put this chair together. It's nice it's sleek and oh my God is it comfortable!!! Right where my lower back and sciatic is I get the support and it just feels good and I know that if I have to be at my desk for 3 or 4 hours I'm going to be comfortable. I highly highly recommend getting this chair. The only issue that I had was the driver did not leave it on my porch. I had ordered a Vizio TV a couple months ago and the driver brought it up to my porch. So I just had to go out and take two steps bring it into the house I really appreciated that. This driver didn't even come through the gate and there is no signs of any dogs because there aren't any. So this driver just left this giant heavy box it was about 35 lb in front of the garage where it was very visible from the road. And I had a dragon to my front door it was heavy I did not like that at all. But it wasn't damaged or anything and I do love the chair. I just don't like what the driver did.
