Al naso è complesso e arriva con sentori freschi di mela renetta, pera ed erbe di campo, armoniosamente uniti a note di cera e aromi di pesca bianca. Il gusto risulta minerale con sapori di birra e grano. Lacidità è incisiva.Il Trebbiano dAbruzzo della linea Anfora prodotto dalla cantina Cirelli è veramente molto interessante. Le uve di trebbiano dAbruzzo provenienti dai vigneti di proprietà e in affitto vengono raccolte in cassette e portate in cantina. Qui luva viene diraspata e poi sofficemente pressata. Il pigiato viene poi trasferito nelle anfore per la fermentazione alcolica avviata con piede de cuve preparato in precedenza e avviato con lieviti indigeni. Solitamente il vino non macera per più di un giorno. Le bucce vengono poi separate dal vino in fermentazione e pigiate. Il vino svolge naturalmente nellanfora anche la malolattica. Il periodo di affinamento nelle anfore è di circa 12 mesi.
Si abbina con piatti a base di pesce di mare, risotti e verdure. Da provare in accompagnamento ai fiori di zucca ripieni.
