Je hoeft niet per se een Vata te zijn om deze olie te gebruiken. Vind jij hem lekker? Gewoon gebruiken dan, onafhankelijk van je dosha.

Het is natuurlijk wel zo dat de Vata massageolie is samengesteld om de specifieke gezondheidsbehoeften van mensen met een Vata dosha te ondersteunen. Het is gemaakt met ingrediënten die voedend, versterkend en verwarmend zijn. De olie heeft een wat dikkere textuur dan andere typen massageoliën en wordt langzaam in de huid opgenomen, waardoor de huid gehydrateerd wordt.

Deze olie wordt aanbevolen voor mensen met droge, schilferige huid of wanneer je een gevoel van spanning in het lichaam ervaart. Het kan ook worden gebruikt om te helpen bij het verminderen van spanning en angst en het verbeteren van de bloedcirculatie.

De Vata massageolie ruikt lekker naar lavendel en lemongrass.

Gebruik:-

Flesje verwarmen tot circa 40°C in warm water of met een oliewarmer. Aanbrengen op het lichaam en/of gezicht.
