Al palato è vigoroso, vellutato, ricco, equilibato e di lunga persistenza.Il Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Les Procès di David Duband nasce in Borgogna, nella Côte de Nuits, da uve pinot nero allevate su terreni calcarei, ricchi di ghiaia. Affinato per 14 mesi in legno, è un vino che, nonostante l'incisività, regala, fin dal primo sorso, una piacevolissima freschezza.
