Het familiebedrijf Domaine Edmond Rentz bestaat al sinds 1785. Van generatie op generatie worden wijnen verbouwd en sinds 1995 ontwikkelen Catherine Rentz en haar broer Patrick samen een milieuvriendelijkere wijnbouw. Broer en zus zijn de nieuwe generatie van Domaine Edmond Rentz. Op zeer goede locaties in het noorden van het departement Haut-Rhin bezit het familiebedrijf 20 hectare wijngaarden. Zij beschikken daarnaast over meerdere Grand-Cru wijngaarden.
