Het zijn altijdgroene en aantrekkelijke struikjes met prachtige bloemen. De cistus ladanifer wordt tot 2,5 meter hoog en heeft recht opgaande takken met kleverige bladeren en grote witte bloemen. De meeste cisteroos wordt tegenwoordig gedestilleerd uit de bloeiende planten met hars.
De opbrengst aan essentiële olie is sterk wisselend maar ligt rondom de 3%. Dat wil zeggen dat er 30 kg plantenmateriaal nodig is voor 1 liter olie. De kleur van deze olie is helder bruin of amberkleurig.
Ingredienten
Cistus ladaniferus leaf oil, bevat van nature: Limonene, Linalool.
Gebruik
In de aroma diffuser: de neus bepaalt het aantal druppels, meestal tussen de 5 en 20 druppels op het water in de verdamper druppelen. In de aroma inhaler: 20 druppels op het katoenen staafje druppelen. Op het geursteentje: Gebruik 6 tot 10 druppels voor gebruik van het steentje op toilet, kledingkast of op het nachtkastje. Stomen: maximaal 1 - 5 druppels essentiële olie De olie is ook te gebruiken in een cosmetische bereiding, nooit rechtstreeks op de huid aanbrengen.
Waarschuwingen
Ontvlambare vloeistof en damp. Kan dodelijk zijn als de stof bij inslikken in de luchtwegen terechtkomt. Veroorzaakt huidirritatie. Kan een allergische huidreactie veroorzaken. Giftig voor in het water levende organismen, met langdurige gevolgen. Voorkom lozing in het milieu. NA INSLIKKEN: onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM of een arts raadplegen. GEEN braken opwekken. Bij huidirritatie: een arts raadplegen. Buiten bereik van kinderen houden. De olie is inwendig en op de huid af te raden tijdens zwangerschap.

A wealth of knowledge in this book
Format: Spiral-bound, Format: Spiral-bound
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things.
Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses.
If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages.
I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
