In de neus tonen van warme cassis, bramencompote en Morello kersen, plus tonen van rozen, niet gerookte sigaren en boomschors. Het medium bodied gehemelte heeft een zeer stevige structuur van tannines en een grote frisheid die het delicate fruit ondersteunt, met een lange en aardse minerale afdronk. De structuur valt nu een beetje op, maar voor degenen die de voorkeur geven aan zachtere, rondere

De Cos Labory 2018 heeft een diepe granaat-paarse kleur. In de neus tonen van warme cassis, bramencompote en Morello-kersen, plus tonen van rozen, niet-gerookte sigaren en boomschors. Het medium-bodied gehemelte heeft een zeer stevige structuur van tannines en een grote frisheid die het delicate fruit ondersteunt, met een lange en aardse/minerale afdronk. De structuur valt nu een beetje op, maar voor degenen die de voorkeur geven aan zachtere, rondere expressies, geef dit een goede 3-5 jaar in de kelder en drink het in de komende 15-20 jaar.
