De Padania/Bauhaus deurkruk uit de Mi Satori collectie is ontworpen voor toepassing op binnendeuren en combineert een tijdloos design met hoogwaardige materialen. Deze deurklink is uitgevoerd op een verdekt gemonteerd rozet, waardoor bevestigingspunten netjes uit het zicht blijven. Dankzij het geveerde krukmechanisme blijft de klink stevig in positie en wordt doorhangen voorkomen.

Voor de productie is gekozen voor massief messing, een duurzaam en karaktervol materiaal dat al generaties lang wordt toegepast in exclusief deurbeslag. Bijpassende wc-sluitingen en sleutelrozetten zijn eenvoudig terug te vinden bij de gerelateerde producten.

Onderhoud
Beslag met een glans-, mat- of antiekchroom afwerking is voorzien van een duurzame chroomlaag die zorgt voor extra bescherming en een stijlvolle uitstraling. Bij mat chroom wordt het messing eerst geborsteld voor een subtiele, matte structuur, terwijl antiek chroom door een speciale behandeling een meer karaktervolle finish krijgt. Dankzij deze sterke afwerking is chroom beslag zeer geschikt voor intensief dagelijks gebruik, maar ook voor toepassing in vochtige ruimtes of buitensituaties. Voor het onderhoud is regelmatig reinigen met een zachte, licht vochtige doek voldoende. Vermijd hierbij altijd schurende materialen of agressieve reinigingsmiddelen om de afwerking mooi te houden.. Great watch, flimsy band

I bought this watch to replace a similar model because the band broke. I see this is a recurrent problem in many other reviews. However, I liked the watch enough to buy it again anyway. I found the new model easy to set, being fairly intuitive. So far it keeps perfect time. I use this watch mainly as a travel watch, and loved the dual time zone function. I am pleased that the newer model now has the ability to set 3 times zones instead of 2, which is an added bonus. The only con I see at this point is the flimsy strap. Unfortunately, the strap on this model is even thinner than on the previous one, and I wonder how long it will last. Also I wonder about the battery length. I think these watches may have been sitting around a long time. The setting showed 2012. I am afraid much of the battery life of the original battery may have already been used up and the battery may need replacing early. Only time will tell. The watch fits my small wrist fine and it is a little more attractive than the old model. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the band problem.

Fine for a man (with skinny wrists)

I have an older mens ironman which has gotten a little beat up and needs replacing. The band is much longer than I need. The metal clasp sits off-center on the underside of my wrist, closer to the part of my wrist which curves around to the front. The too-long strap sometimes flops around and catches on things. I couldn't find a smaller-band mens version, so I tried this "womens" watch (picking the most manly-looking one, of course). I like it better. The band fits my wrist much better, with the metal band in the middle and no flop. I also like that the watch is lighter and the face and band are smaller and less bulky, so it is less noticeable when I'm wearing it (cycling weight weenies will appreciate this). The face is still large enough to be easily legible and contains all of the same great features as my mens ironman watch, plus the newer versions now have an hourly chime, nice! Other info: my wrist is ~17.5cm or ~7.0" around. On this watch, I use the 6th out of 9 slots on the band. On my mens ironman, I use the 3rd out of 9 slots. Weight: this one = 28g, mens = 39g. Pics show comparison of my prior mens ironman with this new "womens" ironman. Photo order is confusing (couldn't figure out how to change that). They are: (1) side-by-side, mens on left, (2) mens band (wider and clasp is off-center on my wrist, end of band hangs over the edge of my wrist -- too long for me -- catches on things), (3) womens band (less wide, clasp is more centered on my wrist and end does hang over edge of my wrist), (3) womens watch (smaller, and looks new), and (5) mens watch, looking a little beat up.

Watch holds up in saltwater!

I bought this watch to use for my trip to the Galapagos Islands. I read two reviews that the watch does not hold up in salt water. I went snorkeling in the ocean 6 times, about 45 minutes each time. The watch did not leak. I did take precautions by keeping the watch under my rash guard and lowering myself slowly into the water. I also rinsed off my watch each time I snorkeled. I also bought this watch for the multi time zone feature by saving the time on the west coast, east coast and Galapagos time since I cannot change the time on my Fitbit until I land in an airport. I did not use any other features of the watch because I generally use my phone or Fitbit for an alarm or timer. The only complaint I have is that Timex now discourages changing the battery by the consumer. I changed the battery myself on my old Ironman watch. The new Ironman watch is fitted with triangular head screws. So I will have to purchase screwdrivers with triangular heads when it comes time to change the battery.

This watch can handle repeated free dives to 12 ft deep. It cannot handle scuba diving at the same depth for an hour straight without needing to have the battery shorted to reset it.
