De Endurance Booster bestaat voor 92 % uit hoge kwaliteit koolhydraten met aanvulling van elektrolyten en een Endurance Booster formule dat bestaat uit instant BCAA (snel opneembare eiwitten), L-glutamine, L-Taurine, L-Carnitine en L-citrulline.Eiwitten zijn van essentieel belang voor een duursporter. Het is een belangrijk onderdeel van de spierstructuur, het speelt een sleutelrol bij een groot aantal enzymen welke de energieproductie katalyseren en eiwitten kunnen 15% van de energie leveren gedurende lange trainingen en wedstrijden. Eiwitten zorgen voor verminderde afbraak van spieren met als gevolg een sneller herstel. Verder beschermen deze eiwitten het immuunsysteem. Uit wetenschappelijk onderzoek is gebleken dat zodra de inspanning langer dan 2 uur duurt de sportprestatie met 10% verbetert als je naast koolhydraten ook eiwitten aanvult.
Nog een erg belangrijke stof uit de Endurance booster is L-Citrulline. L-Citrulline verbetert kort gezegd de opname van koolhydraten tijdens inspanning, uw lichaam kan daardoor meer koolhydraten opnemen dan zonder L-citrulline. Wat vanzelf sprekend voor een zware lange inspanning/sportprestatie bevorderend kan werken.
Tijdens intensieve inspanning vermindert de darmwerking, en dus ook de opname van aminozuren en koolhydraten L-Citrulline, een aminozuur dat ontstaat door oxidatie van L-arginine, de werking van de dunne darm tijdens inspanning kan verbeteren. Tijdens inspanning vernauwen de haarvaten in de darmen omdat het lichaam prioriteit geeft aan de toevoer van zuurstof en voedingsstoffen naar de spieren. L-Citrulline zet in de darmcellen om in L-arginine en enzymen in de bloedvaten van de darmcellen kunnen L-arginine gebruiken voor de aanmaak van stikstofmonoxide [NO].
Stikstofmonoxide laat bloedvaten verwijden en verbetert de toevoer van zuurstof naar de darmcellen. Bovendien neemt daardoor het transport toe van voedingsstoffen uit de darmen naar het lichaam.

Not as good as "Murder has a motive"
Format: Kindle
Actually, if one looks at the original copyrights of this book and "Murder has a motive" , it is clear this is the second book, not the first. In addition, the notoriety Mordecai Tremaine gained from the Dalmering case is mentioned in the text of this book.
This book moves much more slowly than " Murder has a motive" and the secrets of the suspects are harder to figure out. I did notice the murderer's slip up during the murder discovery scene. The book ends abruptly and another character who is a psychopath apparently is going to get away without punishment of his despicable behavior that has been going on for a very long time. The plot is original in nature which is a plus.
Because of the plot slowness (I trudged onward to the end) and the lack of justice for the psychopathic character, I had to remove a star for each.

Written in late 1940s, this mystery has a contrived ending, but still is amusing.
Format: Paperback
The protagonist is interesting, and the author set up a potentially good mystery. However, I thought the murder was exceeding contrived and the ending a bit disappointing. Perhaps I was expecting too much.

Great for sensitive skin

I usually have problems with fragrance in almost any face cream or sunscreen, and my skin reacts very easily, so I’m always careful with what I use. I tried the COOLA Organic Face Sunscreen SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion (Fragrance Free) and I’m honestly impressed. It feels very light on the skin, doesn’t irritate my face at all, and finally a sunscreen that doesn’t have that strong smell that usually bothers me. It absorbs well, works great under makeup, and gives good daily protection without feeling greasy. If you have sensitive skin or issues with fragrance like I do, this one is definitely worth trying.

I would love to buy again, but I go through sunscreen, I have to find a little less expensive one. No burn, dewy not greasy look. Great for mature skin. No fragrance, works well, melts right in the skin. I do love this product and the spray too!

Light and works with no eye stinging.

I love this sunscreen. I wear co tact’s and most sunscreen ends ups burning my eyes. This does not! It has a nice cucumber smell and it’s not sticky or heavy. By far the best face sunscreen that’s light, smells nice, doesn’t burn my eyes and works.
