Naast het gebruiksgemak heeft deze spray als groot voordeel de opneembaarheid. Door direct in de mond te sprayen wordt vitamine B12, in de vorm van methylcobalamine, veel beter opgenomen. Het hoeft niet via het spijsverteringskanaal, maar gaat direct via het mondslijmvlies.
De heerlijke kersensmaak maakt het eenvoudig om elke dag de aanbevolen hoeveelheid vitamine B12 binnen te krijgen. Bij gebruik van de aanbevolen één spray per dag, doe je maar liefst 125 dagen met een verpakking!

Not too big and seems to work so far. Good value.
They seem to be working for me. I bought some of the powder and these pills in case the powder tasted bad but I kind of like both. If I have a protein drink in the morning I use the powder and if not I take 3 of these pills which is the daily dose but luckily they aren't huge like some of these supplements are. I think there are 300 in a bottle so 100 doses but some folks might get away with taking 1 or 2 instead of all 3 depending on your needs.

Great fiber blend!
This psyllium husk supplement is fantastic. I love that it combines psyllium, inulin, and acacia — the 3-in-1 blend makes it much more effective than regular fiber alone. The capsules are easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and I noticed better digestion and regularity within just a few days.
I also appreciate that it’s plant-based, non-GMO, and doesn’t have any weird aftertaste or additives. With 300 capsules, the bottle lasts a long time and is a great value. Very great addition to my keto diet!
