Tracks 1-1, 1-6, 1-7, 2-5 to 2-8 recorded July 7, 1976. Tracks 1-2, 1-3, 1-5, 1-8, 1-9, 1-12, 1-13, 2-3, 2-4, 2-9, 2-10 recorded July 8, 1976. Tracks 1-4, 1-10, 1-11, 2-1, 2-2, 2-11 recorded July 9, 1976. Original double LP released as MCA-2-6001, September 13, 1976. Tracks 1-6, 1-9, 2-4 to 2-11 are deluxe edition bonus tracks.
