Colore paglierino con riflessi dorati, al naso esprime una forte connotazione floreale e lievemente agrumata. In bocca la sapidità, la mineralità e la freschezza sono tratti inconfondibili a contorno di una struttura importante e polposa che riempe il palato, donando una lunga persistenza.Vino che ha fatto conoscere le potenzialità del Timorasso al mondo, il "Derthona" è probabilmente il più famoso dei vini non solo di Walter Massa ma di tutti i bianchi prodotti nell'ampia zona dei Colli Tortonesi. Emblematico, è vino che anche grazie ad una rigorosa vinificazione in solo acciaio rappresenta appieno tutte le peculiarità tipiche del vitigno e del territorio. Un bianco materico, lunghissimo, caratterizzato da una delicata ed elegante vena sapida e che si distingue per un rapporto tra qualità e prezzo probabilmente senza eguali.
Il Timorasso può essere un eccellente aperitivo, magari da accompagnare con salumi e formaggi. Convincente anche con primi piatti di pesce.

Heavy Duty Plates That Rocks
These are very sturdy plates; you don't have to worry about them folding up on you, but you can't put too much on them either, they are small plates. They are 6 inches, but the center of the plate is 4 inches, think one burger bun size. Pretty much Tapas and snacks, these would be excellent for what they were labeled as intended for.....Birthday's, Wedding's, and Office Parties. With a 500 count you definitely would not have to worry about running out. Despite their size these are very durable plates, and you don't have to worry about throwing them in the microwave and scrapping up parts of the plate afterwards for a meal like lasagna which says a lot.
